Other Grades Available In This Range:
- FLUOROSINT 500 (PTFE mica) (ivory): It has nine times grater resistance to deformation under load than unfilld PTFE (tested according to ASTM D 621: stress of 14 MPa at 50oC) Its coefficient of linear thermal expansion approaches the expansion rate of Aluminium & is 1/5 that of virgin PTFE. It is considerably harder than PTFE has better wear characteristics & low frictional properties. It is also non abrasive to most mating materials.
- FLUOROSINT 207 (PTFE mica) (white): The composition of raw material used for this grade is European Union & American FDA approved intended to come into contact with foodstuff. In combination with good mechanical performance of FLUROSINT & its inherent outstanding chemical & hydrolysis resistance. This feature opens numerous applications in food pharmaceutical & medical industries.
